On Sunday 

On Sunday I went with my dad and sister. We went to Ngawha. When we got there I went in the cold pool. It was so cold I got out because it was cold. Next my sister was in the hot one and my dad was in the hot as one. Next I went in the warm pool. It felt amazing. Then I went in the cold one again and then we got out and we got changed into our clothes. Next we went home. When we got home I had a shower. We had to go to bed soon and then we had dinner.

We were learning to plant seeds and seedlings.

I found it easy to hold the plant because all I had to do is just hold the plant.

I found it hard to hold the plant properly.

I really enjoyed planting the plant.

Next time I need to listen to my partner.

On Sunday On  Sunday I drove  somewhere to go hunting  with my cousins and my dad. When we got there, I was excited and I was running around the place. My dad said, “Shshsh!” because I was too loud We looked around the place until my dad found a pig. He ran to it and caught it. Then my Dad killed it with knife. That was bloody. My dad picked up the pig and put it on his back. Next we walked up the hill until my dad found another pig. All of us came to see my dad kill the pig.  I was scared that the pig would jump on me. Then we went to the place where our car was. When we got there we got the 2 pigs and we put them on the trailer. Then I was sitting in the car and then my cousin came to sit by me. I asked my cousin if he wanted a drink and then I asked if we could go home. When we got home I had a shower. I had a great day.

 The Big Flood

On Friday morning I was in bed asleep. Then I heard a sound. It was a great big sound. I jumped up with a fright. I got out of my bed and I went to the window.  I saw the heaviest rain I have ever seen in my life. It was so loud. It woke me up. I went outside to check the flood. 

It was all over the place. I felt scared. My hands were shaking and my legs were like jelly.  

Next I had a shower.  It was nice and warm.  After that we watched tv all day. Finally we had to go to bed.  It was

still raining but not as hard as in the morning.  I hoped we were going to be safe, sleeping in our house.

went to the pools at Northland College. 

First we got changed and then we went to have a swim.

It was a cool pool. It was amazing. We went down slide.
It was fabulous.

Next we went to a big pool.  l  tried to swim to the end.
After that we went to the small pool.
It was easy to swim to the end. 

Later on we got a drink. It was good.

Finally we got dressed into our clothes.

We were learning about writing a recount.

I found it easy to write about when we went to the pools.

I found it hard to spell words correctly.

I really enjoyed thinking of interesting words.

skatepark in Kaikohe to play on the playground.

First l got my skateboard and I slid down the ramp.
I felt amazing because it was fun.

Then we slid down the massive hole. I thought that was cool.

Next we went to the park to play on the swings.
I was swinging very high. It was getting scary.
I felt like I was getting butterflies in my tummy.

After that we went to the shop.
We went to the Warehouse and we got pants a jersey
and we got shoes for me. I was excited.
My new clothes and shoes were comfortable.

I had an amazing day.
